Vestland Invest AS

Vestland Invest AS is the holding company for the Langaker family. The Group constitutes a diverse portfolio of investments in mainly technology driven companies. We focus on few core holdings developed from inception or very early stage. Long term. Active role. Normal size of holding 5-30% of outstanding equity. Approx MNOK 400+ under management. Core holdings per date; Traffic Invest Ltd (WaVi holding AS), Kezzler AS, Brandmaster AS, CAMO Software AS, Resoptima AS, Seram Coating AS, HitecVision and CMR Surgical Ltd. Vestland has since 2008 sold 8 core holdings - with annual return since point of investing of more than 40% (including dividend and other distributions).

Vestland Venture AS

Vestland Venture acts as advisor in transactions, corporate restructuring and strategic reshaping of companies. This role may be performed as hired consultant or Board of Director.
